Sumit is currently the Head of Loyalty and Analytics at India’s leading retail company Shoppers Stop Ltd. He has been working at Shoppers Stop for 3 years handling pivotal business functions that contribute significantly to the bottom line of the company. Sumit’s journey in the company began in 2015 when he joined as Head of Loyalty leading the 5 MILLION STRONG First Citizen Loyalty Program.
